You have three choices, HSV Premium calipers, aftermarket such as brembo or the Nissan four spots which i dont know if they would fit.

You might want to get it checked out, as VLGMH, a black VL runs 10.5 has those same brakes, and this car has no corners cut. He is still running the 1" turbo master cylinder, but has all the other equipment bolted on. Maybe you didnt bleed the brakes? Bendix pads ive heard are pretty ****ty when it comes to high performance stuff, and also the high metal ones really chew down on the rotors.

i'm in the process of fitting R33 GTST 4spotters on the front and twin spot's on the rear. I'm using 330mm drilled & slotted rotors front and std size drilled and slotted rotors rear. Just need to make up some brackets to hold them on. Mazda RX7 4 spotters are supposed to be pretty good too.

I remember reading a street commodores that did the R33-R34 brake conversion onto the VL. You need a new mounting bracket, but it looked pretty easy. Cal JMS in Adelaide, they might be able to help, I think it may hev been them that did the conversion, them or Tilbrook Autos....cant remember.
