As the question has been bugging me for a while I will upgrade to a turbo for my vl calais possibly next year everyone says don't buy second hand turbo motors because its just a lucky dip. But if I did do that how much approx would a tubo recon(mild nothing to outrageous) cost . CHEERS :?:

if your talking about the turbo itself itll be somewhere around $500 for a rebuilt unit or up to $1000 for a rebuilt and hiflo unit. if your talking about the complete engine rebuil youd be looking at approx $4000. quite possibly more. its not to hard to do it yourself. check out this site www.commodoremods.com , if you havent alreaddy.
