Central locking isn't very cheap but, i ran out of money when i got my alarm instaled to have central locking with it but basically u need a motor for each door plus some other little parts. Its not so much the cost of parts but the labour involved in getting someone to do it for u.

Jaycar have a kit, $59. Ive seen them as low as $35. Basically, u need to put the master solenoids in the front door, remote at the rear. U put them under the inside door open/lock slide thingy. There is a rod which u run parallel with the rod that goes to the door lock. The soleniod sits under the door open/lock slidy thingy.

Put the motors in the front doors in the front and run long brazing rods inside tube towards the back of the door along with the other rod, works really well on my vl.

mount the motor on a piece of thin metal about 15cmx1cmx1mm lol then u just cut a little of the door metal so that it can fit in line with the metal rod thats already there.. join them up and u wont have any bulging problems. i'd draw ya a good picture and email it to u if u want.
