Do you have the v8 booster fitted already? I can get a modified boost for you with a modified reaction cushion inside it to give it more sensitvity, i have this on my vl and it really makes a big! difference... Carcrazy

Just a question..why do you want the bigger booster? Is it hard to stop, high pedal pressure or what? Personally I hate overboosted brakes..the lack of pedal feel is dangerous in the wet. I would have thought a 1" master cylinder would be plenty. What sort of pads do you run? Does the brake pedal travel a bit before the brakes do anything? Sometimes the booster rod that goes into the master cylinder is a bit short..it can be adjusted easily enough though. Regards, Andrew.

typhoon a lot of comodores just dont stop doest seem to be any thing wrong with them..bent a few sle/calias steering wheels.when they took espestos out of the normal pads in late 80's it caused heep of dramas i here people rave about ultimate pads ive cetainly replace plenty of sets for unhappy people vl-vn-vp under new car waranty. the brakes are the same as a R31 but holdens dont use the same compound pads/disc material.buy a sloted DBA disc! R31 pads run hot and fade were a holden normaly take longer to warm up then fade.dont work cold or hot. A double diaphram booster is a great help with no brakes so you dont have to stand on her to get a responce,as the front pads just dont bite in.my VK i kept the 15/16 master with the vl turbo brakes to get more travel and bite.the 1 inch is to stop that first pump up of the pedal.altered the propotioning valve to get more rear pressure initialy.i also run the pipes away from the exhauste across the front as i got sick of the left front fading quickly. do this on my pintara wagon as they dont work loaded.
