Recheck all din plugs,As one of the pins may have pushed back.Check with multi meter to see what voltage you really have.Sorry it is a case of starting at the begining and checking everything by pulling apart and reconnecting,It is a bast#$d but it does happen. Marty

That would be an earth fault. Also your head light and park light relays are side by side(34/35)Make sure the correct pined ones are in(4 pin and 5 pin) Marty

yup ive checked those fuses. seem the fault is after the fuse box. i know its gotta be something small. just gotta keep on looking. maybe i should pull the motor back out and try it then lol

It is in your fuse box between the relays,It has one orange and one red wire going to it(about 4mm)They look like they are going on a link. But I really dout this is the problem.Still sound like a poor earth. That said have you tried connecting another earth to the system. One you know is good? I have been going thru the service manual for the wiring but cannot see what could be the problem. Cheers Marty

ok ill have a look in the fusebox. im gonna have another good look in a hr or two when the weather cools down a bit.just seems odd how there is only a few earths .thanks for the help so far mate ---------- Post added 07-01-13 at 19:07 ---------- well i think i might of found the problem . the main earth wire witch connects onto the engine mount bracket. i took it off and earthed it on the strut tower. and now its giving me full voltage and nothing cutting out. im guessing this issue is when i took the motor out i did the welsh plugs. maybe something ive done around that area has upset the earth.so hoping i give the area a sand and get a good contact . but looking up so far. cheers for the help
